I purchased a Groupon last week for a 90 minute Swedish massage, I really am in dire need. Note: the Groupon purchased expires 180 days after purchase. Upon visiting the website to schedule my appointment (online scheduling is very nice and easy to use) and found the next available appointment, Groupon or not, to be in MID JANUARY. The Groupon expiration date needs to be pushed back or the Groupon needs to be removed. I tried to call in to see if something can be done, but I didn't receive a reply. I was extremely disappointed but, luckily, was able to get a full refund by Groupon since I requested the refund within 3 days of purchase.
I hope this is an honest mistake otherwise, that's just terrible business practice. I was very excited given all the great Yelp reviews regarding Annette's work but, the Groupon and online schedule don't lie. Hopefully things can be fixed and I can update this review!
