This review is solely on the store and the customer service, not on their products (because I haven't used them long enough to review them)
At first glance, KIKO is very clean and well organized. Think of a smaller area of Sephora and that's what you get, Brightly lit with white lights.
Service was great even though there were only 2 associates working the store on a Sunday afternoon. They welcomed each person who walked in (and on that day, we had a scratch off card that Latoya provided us with right when we entered and got us 30% off!) Latoya was absolutely great. My mom was looking for eye shadows and just a new look for her eye makeup routine and she helped us greatly from finding the colors, applying it on my moms face and teaching her how to, as well as putting her colors into the palette itself. She also helped me find a shade of foundation for myself and applied it to fully make sure it was the correct color and gave some tips on application. She provides great customer service and was very friendly, which I look for because I'm in the customer service industry. The checkout process was smooth and we greatly enjoyed our time there. Thanks, girl! We'll be back after we try out our new makeup!
