  • My review is NOT false just because you don't like it. That is so incredibly unprofessional. I'm not the one making you and your stylists look bad. Your mistakes and your stylists mistakes make you look bad. My reason for writing this review is so that other people can have knowledge of my own experience in order to gauge their decision whether or not to use your services. I myself rely on the reviews and experiences of others which is why I made my decision in the first place to book with YOU because you had good reviews. You are the one that insisted I reschedule because you were on vacation and I told you I didn't mind waiting but you insisted and reassured me that Ann was great with baliyage and you didn't even schedule me with her! Your stylist Brenda fried my hair, did a really bad bob cut afterwards and the "baliyage " application was awful , please refer to the actual pictures I sent you. You did not offer a refund nor did you offer any other stylists to fix my hair, so when you said that you did everything in your power to rectify the bad service, you should say that you only offered to have Brenda do my hair again , which I did refuse for hopefully obvious reasons. I will 100% accept a refund and would have days ago IF you had offered it .
