  • I had a great salesperson but the store manager and the customer service people have No customer service skills. The store manager was rude and has no follow through. The customer service department didn't care that my items wouldn't be delivered when I set up a date. And I received three calls that one item wouldn't be delivered till Nov.22. Let see if I get this item before Thanksgiving when I will be having family over.
