  • I have always been a huge fan of Marigold's. I used to eat there every Saturday and always recommended it to all my friends as the best brunch in Madison. Having been a long time fan of Marigolds, I'm very disappointed with my recent experiences there. I've been unimpressed with them lately to the point where I feel compelled to update my review. The egg dishes have been very greasy. I couldn't even finish eating my scrambler because It was so unappetizing. On my visit last Saturday, the water cups by the self-serve water jug and coffee were stacked soaking wet...I'm certified in food safety and sanitation and know that dishes must air dry completely before being stacked to prevent bacterial growth. After seeing this, I was hesitant, but filled up 2 water glasses for my husband and I. My husbands glass had a huge lipstick stain---GROSS. I really hope Marigolds turns it around.
