  • We have been renting from A Dream Jumper for approximately 4-5 years. They are the absolute best & I will never even have to consider renting from anyone else.Over the years we have rented a bounce house with a slide as well as the 30 feet obstacle course w/ a slide. The customer service we receive from Hayk and his team is always excellent. He is very professional and personable. He usually answers the phone and on the rare occasion that he doesn't, we always receive a phone call back in a timely manner. We are able to communicate by phone & text. He always gives us a call to confirm our appointment/rental the day before. They are always on time within their time frame of dropping off the rental as well as picking it up. The rentals have always been in perfect condition. They are always very clean, odorless, and we never even notice any wear & tear. It is very obvious that they do a fantastic job maintaining their rentals. When they drop off the rental, they go in vacuum and disinfect it from anything that may have come in contact with it during transportation. Not only that but they clean it up during pick up as well. For anyone considering renting from A Dream Jumper, we highly recommend them! You will be very happy with the customer service, quality of the rentals, and cleanliness of the rentals! Thank you for always providing us with the best customer service and rentals!
