  • Public Safety Concern I've had the worst time with my upstairs neighbor, so bad in fact I had to call the cops 3 times! due of loud violent fights. On the third occasion, I was involved in an assault case were I literally got into a fight with the guy. The incident was handled very unprofessionally by management there reaction was "crime doesn't have a zip code" nothing was done about the incident. Other then that the grounds are not maintained, and there are move out charges regardless of the condition of how its left. Last the water, sewer and trash is based on the entire community, this means on average its around $50-60 dollars. Very unreasonable service and quality.
