  • If this was a review before the original owners Ryan and the board sold the restaurant, I'd give four stars (your service has always been pretty slow, especially when I have to wait 10-15 minutes for a smoothie). As soon as the OGs sold, the new owners decreased the quality immensely. The chicken isn't fresh anymore, they buy it pre marinated then cook frozen or some kind of delivery. The chicken has more of a raw or rubber texture. The smoothies taste odd, sort of like the difference between soda and diet soda but more tasteless. The salads all taste the same now which is disappointing. The staff still has no idea what they're doing or maybe they don't care? I understand your busy hours. But it also doesn't take 10-15 to make a five ingredient smoothie. I stand there and watch your staff stare, rolling their eyes with the stack of smoothie cups then walk away. Also sad you don't promote organic foods anymore. If you actually still post the meat is organic, please do us a favor and take it down. Thanks!
