  • Business owners take note, this is how you do it! As I wrote in my earlier review, the work at this custom shop is among the best in the valley. My earlier review of 3 stars was simply based on one artist's prices at the shop, and not the shop as a whole or the work they create. I received a message from Charlie, the owner today which made me feel really great about Studio 21, and confident in giving them the 5 stars they deserve. Charlie took the time to apologize for what turned out to be one artist's pricing and policies, not those of the shop. The artist I first spoke with quoted me at a price that was not authorized by the shop. I imagine if I went through with getting my sleeve done there, Charlie would have caught the mistake, and given me the fair rate other artists at Studio 21 would offer.
