  • The most delicious cake and coffee, but terrible customer service. My bf visited the shop a few times before because it's close to his work, and spoken of how the person taking the order was not very friendly every time he went. (And my bf is generally a pretty happy and smiley person.) I didn't believe him because I heard of such good things about the baked goods and everyone in the pictures look so happy! Tonight I visited for the first time and I received a very stoic and cold experience from the person who took my order. Did I do something wrong? Is she very tired? Not the experience I was expecting :( a little disappointed and sad about the whole thing.
