I have been a member for over a year and have been very disappointed recently by the attitude of the staff. Their laundry facilities have been down for the last week, and they are out-sourcing towel cleaning service. This has led them to limit towels to 1 per customer. So you are expected to "sweat harder" (Hard Candy's motto), wipe down, shower and use the same towel to wipe off. When I asked for another towel, I was refused and the front desk staff told me there was nothing she could do. Because apparently handing me another towel was absolutely not a real option. Unacceptable for a "high-end" gym for which I pay more than twice the price of a Goodlife membership!
