  • Being a used car salesman has to be tough and deals are constantly falling trough. However--When a qualified buyer that is pre approved and makes an offer, treat them like gold. I have never been treated so bad when trying to spend my hard earned money! I have zero respect for this dealership and I do not understand the ethics of this business, or if they even have any?? Here goes my experience in more detail! 1. I was told before I even got to the dealership that my deal could be negotiated if I showed up and truly showed interest in the car. (I told the salesman I have already gone to my credit union approved and I have been researching nationwide for 3months) he urged me to still come in even after finance manager reached out with reduced quote. 2. Car smelled like smoke and I am allergic to smoke. Finance manager pleaded with me how he was a previous smoker and how gross it is and how he promises that since I am allergic they will make sure the smoke it all out and taken care of and stated how he would write it in our contract. (When the iOu and contract was getting sealed up they danced around it...they would not up I in writing!!! They did offer"$15 scent bombs" "to fix Oder".3. General sales manager reached out to us to make sure we were taken care of since we inquired online.- my husband wrote about our experience and concern on all extra fees tacked on-the general manager wrote back reduced the price by about 400. We are still 1300 off from where I want to close at. I decided I've invested to much time to care about the money. Let's just focus on the car being what we want it to be (smoke free) they had us come back a second day after detailing and " bombing" the scent. We came back to dealership 40 miles round trip and car still ranked. Salesman stated how the car would be taken care of and it would be in the detail all day Saturday so no one could purchase the car. I get a message Saturday that someone is looking at it and then an hour later that it sold!! Then a few hours later I get home and am told the car deal fell through! At this point I have already separated myself from this deal, starting to look at other cars. I am done with this dealership. Remember we have a choice!! We have to many options to be yanked around like this!! I told him come down to my original out the door offer or I am not coming back!
