  • Valerie (and her team) simply put are A-MAZING! Won't go anywhere else.. literally. Can't tell you how many times we have been to her for all our phone and internet needs in less than a year. New from CA...I yelped for a cell repair shop and found Valerie's store, she had the highest ratings so we went with her store. I can see why... Within a 7 month period, we've brought her at least 3 phones that 1) got ran over by a car, (2) dropped in a pool and (3) recently one where the charging port was old/crooked and not working. With Every single phone, corporate said we needed to buy a new one that they were irreparable, yet Val and her team have fixed them and so affordable, especially in comparison to the cost of brand new phones. She works with you. My mom had to pay Verizon over $200 for new phone she doesn't even like and lost all her pics/videos. I only trust Val so I took my moms broken phone from CA to her. Not only did Val and her team replace the charging port, they backed up the data, recovered pictures and videos AND offered to ship the phone to CA where my mom is. They have done everything for us from replacing cracked screens, water damage recovery, data recovery, battery replacement and more. On top of that, we went from paying Verizon $150+/month for 2 phones to now $75/month for 2 pay as you go phone plans that have unlimited data plans that work. We even have a pay as you go WiFi hotspot with her... no contract! They explain everything and ask before doing. She's very honest, legit and genuine. Such a blessing! She won't sell you something you don't need. She'll earn your trust... she did ours. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. There's so much more I could tell you but this review is long enough! Find out for yourself :) Thanks for everything Val and team!
