  • dear Walmart and the new policy of paying $1 for your shopping carts. I understand this policy and agree with it, especially in an area where people can just push the cart home and ditch it in an alley - HOWEVER - in true Walmart fashion it seems like you have chosen the cheapest, crappiest plastic things for us to put our loonies into, and THEY NEVER WORK! the last 3 times I have been to Walmart, there has been a lineup at the carts, people trying to get their cart unlocked / their loonie back, and the poor greeter is just standing there helpless while people scream at him. So please fix that. And clean your washrooms. thank you.
