If I hadn't bought the tires here, I would never go back. I made an appointment online on Monday night for Tuesday morning at 11am. It was confirmed Tuesday morning. I dropped the car off at 10:45am. I was told they were very busy and my 11am appointment would not mean much. I left my car and 8 HOURS later they called me to tell me that the tires had been rotated and they couldn't fix the slow leak and had to replace the tire. Very polite attendants, but poor management. If their service doesn't change on my next visit, my next tires will be from Big O.
Within 24 hours of my first post, the Firestone company reached out to me. After the Firestone corporate office contacted me and speaking with Craig, at the actual store, we came to an agreement that my experience was not what one comes to expect from Firestone. They did what was needed to appease me and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. They wanted to save a customer and they did, therefore my 5 star rating is more than justified.
