  • I received defective pellets from Pyramid and they won't help because I'm outside of their 30 day return policy. I also had a couple unopened packages of crow magnums that I had accidentally purchased the wrong caliber and they refused to do an exchange. The representative I spoke to Ruth didn't seem to care and just kept reciting their company return policy. She even accused me of lying because she wasn't fully listening to me and she got some of the details mixed up. I'm never buying anything from Pyramid again and I'm going to make sure all my friends and family members never do either. It's a shame that they would sacrifice a customer relationship over a couple boxes of pellets. It's an insult that the best they would offer is a 10% discount on new products and that was with Ruth involving her managers. I just completed a new order on Cheaper Than Dirt.
