So after finally reaching the call center by phone, i managed to cancel my order of the two chairs and decided to go and buy them directly from the store instead. Once in the store, my husband and i were hesitating between two different styles, and the manager was friendly and trying to assist us in our decision. We literally stayed one hour there just trying on these two different styles, we even left the store to have lunch and come back to decide. Once back and we finally made our choice, we informed the sales manager, only to inform us that the ones we finally chose are out of stock !!!!!!!!! He left us hanging for hours and couldnt even bother telling us that we're loosing our time.. disappointing!
