  • Incredible cupcakes! Karman L. and I drove past and we must have both screamed out simultaneously "omg, cupcakes, how cute, we have to go!". Dozen Cupcakes has the cutest (tiniest) storefront. The buttercream frosting on the cupcakes is to die for. I had the milk chocolate cupcake and it was heavenly. They're a close second to Magnolia in NYC. The sweet smell of the cupcakes envelops you as you enter. There are two little tables with two chairs each where we enjoyed our cupcakes. Cupcakes are $2.50 each and boy I wish I lived here so I could pick up a dozen. They also do flavors of the day and have a monthly schedule. I love the decor and whoever did the design of their logo and marketing materials. I love the red and blue color scheme and the egg beaters on the wall. The service was great. The two young ladies manning the counter were darling and described in detail the ingredients of the 6 cupcake flavors that day. Dozen Cupcakes is a must for any visit to Pittsburgh.
