rev:text	If I could give this place a 0 ,I would. Where do I begin. The place smelled like dirty dog when I moved in. The people who live there don't clean up dog poop. My children stepped in it multiple times while walking to the car or playing. There was even dog poop on the wall around the play area. My child put her hand in it while climbing out. My friends apartment was broken into, my boyfriends car was broken into, my daughters scooter was stolen off of the patio, and my neighbors garage was broken into. Lots of cockroaches and ants. I know another women who lived here and moved at right when I was moving in and they nickle and dimed her. I thought, "If I take care of the place and clean it when I move out, I won't get charged all that money." I spent two days cleaning and touching up paint. I was told on the move out, I wouldn't owe anything above my deposit. A year later, I got a letter from a collection agency for an unpaid move-out bill from this place. Never once did they call or send a letter to my home. I didn't have the move out sheet any longer, and I had to pay. Don't bother cleaning or touching up paint, they will still charge you. Also, keep your final walk through form. This place is the worst place I have lived in 3 different states and over the last 2 decades. There are other, nicer apartments for cheaper or the same price. Try Broadstone Montecito on Grand Teton. I wish I would have gone back to live there rather than here. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
