  • This was the worst, unprofessional place I've ever took my dog.. I took him there twice.. the first time I wasn't satisfied but gave it another chance since I've just moved and it was close to my house.. the second time I drop my dog off at 1pm n the lady up front ( manager or owner) told me it would be a a couple of hours n she would call me.. well I decided to stop by to check and my dog hasn't even been from or bath. She told me he would be ready in 15mins.. as I was paying she insist I leave a tip and my dog still smell the same ( I usually get him groom n wash every 2-3 weeks) so I brought him back the next morning to tell her he wasn't wash and she gave me the worst attitude!! Very rude and unprofessional.. I work for tips for a living but never expect to get tip ( which I already do)..
