  • I've been to this location twice. Both times I've had Dean do my fills. He is great! Always does a great job, nails look amazing and he's very friendly. I recently went and had a pedicure and had a terrible experience. Just as other Yelpers have commented, the customer service isn't great, but some of the employees are worse then others.The lady doing my pedi asked me rudely if I wanted my eyebrows done, to which I replied no. It was the only time she spoke to me in English. She spoke to the girl next to her in Vietnamese the rest of the time, and it appeared they were talking about me and my eyebrows (since she kept pointing to hers and gesturing). Even if she wasn't talking about me, that was the impression I got. She never said "goodbye", "thank-you" or "your done". They could use some Customer Service education considering there are hundreds of other nails salons to chose from in the Valley.
