  • this place is HORRIBLE. I was lied to about my insurance would or wouldn't cover. The Dr. told me he would treat me w a night guard, injections and medication. They we very criptic about what my insurance would cover, at first telling me everything was covered and then backpeddling and saying it could cost me 1000.00 out of pocket. They wouldn't give me a straight answer. I was in pain and hadn't slept through the night in months because of my condition. I agreed to 1 gard and the injections and medication. The font desk lady told me they wouldn't treat me unless i agreed to pay anything they charged, I told her I am not giving a blanck check and need to know what it will cost. She told me my guard that my dentist made is making my propblem worse and I should get 2 guards. I don't think she is qualified to be making those determinations, as she is not a dentist, just works in a dental office. She pressured me to get 2 guards at whatever cost or they wouldn't treat me at all. I ask if I could get a dr note for work and she stated " not with only 1 guard" I told them I wanted to move ahead with 1 guard the injections and medication but they refused to tell me what that would cost and refused treatment unless I got guards and the other products. I ask again for injections to help w pain and they refused, I ask for medication to help with the inflamation and they refused, stating if I didn't get everything they woudn't treat me. I went to my primary Dr and he gave me a muscle relaer that allowed me to sleep thrtough the night for the 1st time in months.When I called back I ask Dr to call me to discuss before I reported the insident and he never called. His from office called me back to recommend another Dr. They said several times because cost was an issue for me I should look elsewhere. Cost isn't an issue for me. I just don't gove people blank checks. They treated me as a second class citizen. They called again Monday to give me another Dr to go to so they wouldn't have to deal with me. I waisted 2.5 hours at there office, a day off work for nothing and I am still no closer to any relief. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE. Find someone reputable who wants to help there patients, not just gouge then for all they can get from them.
