  • Ignorant. Rude. Incompetent. Spent hours there..the poor bearded dude at the front tried to be helpful (and failed) while the faux manager hid in her cubicle, occasionally barking orders yet not helping her coworker. After an insane amount of time processing paperwork, calling their "loan department" (pretty sure that's the crazy dog lady in charge), bearded dude hands me some paperwork and tells me I have to go to an mvd office and then bring it back to them...WHHHAAAAAAaaaaaaa.....????? Never in my life...Don' t do it. Go literally ANYwhere else. Oh, and as I backed out of their weird office with my title, and in shock, bearded dude begs me to stay and then asks if I'll leave my title with him for the day and he'll get it figured out. Now look, I know it's really stupid to get a title loan but when times are super tough, it's an option. BUT LEAVE MY TITLE WITH YOU AND NO CASH??????????? wTF. Run.
