  • This place did a terrible groom job on my two dogs. I spoke to the groomer regarding my concerns and offered to refund my money for one of my two dogs. I then received a voicemail a couple hours later stating that they couldn't process the return without the owner so it wouldn't be processed until Monday. On Tuesday I finally received a call from the owner offering to recut my dogs hair. We proceeded to play phone tag until she sent me an email saying she wanted to have my dog redone. It was such a poor quality job the first time that I respectfully declined and requested to just refund the money as promised and I would go elsewhere. I received an email back stating that she would not refund the money that they already agreed to refund and that my only options were to receive a $20 store credit or get my dog regroomed. My biggest concern with the groomer was that he failed to communicate with me what was best for my dogs coat. I asked to keep it a little longer if possible but asked him his suggestions for my retrievers coat. He said it should be fine to leave it a little longer but when I picked him up it looked very choppy and uneven. He proceeded to tell me he Googled my dogs breed and that I shouldn't be shaving him and that the length I had requqested required a comb that was not good to use on his coat. Instead of contacting me to let me know any of this he just did it and it resulted in my dog's coat looking really bad. When questioned why he did not contact me to tell me this he just offered a refund and did not offer to fix it or even an apology for the shoddy haircut. Now the owner is refusing the refund that was promised by her employees and is placing the blame on me for requesting the groomer to use a comb, which wasnt the case at all. I told him thats what we used at home in the past and to do whatever looked good if thet lenght wasnt doable. Don't bother going to this shop, their groomer had to Google my retrievers coat, mangled it and then promised a refund that never came. I will never bring my dogs back here and recommend you don't either. I have the voicemail stating the refund would be given and will be glad to share with anyone per request. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG'S HERE.
