  • My family used ProSource Phoenix for a bathroom remodel on two separate instances. Both times the wrong tile was packaged in the wrong boxes. We've asked for assistance to facilitate a return and exchange and our sales rep Bernie Trejo said our order was beyond 30 day return policy. A policy by the way which is non-existent on any of their paperwork. The owner promised to look into the matter. We're still waiting for a response. I'd suggest staying away from this business until further notice.
