After writing this review I received what I thought to be a heartfelt and very nice response from the general manager, Clayton. He apologized for our experience and offered to have us back for any meal and foot the bill. I replied as soon as I received the message and said my group and I would love to take him up on the offer and give the Beverley another shot... This was almost a week ago and I have yet to hear back from him. I will NOT be returning to the Beverly, even if it is for a free meal.
