  • I remember when there was one pita jungle on Apache. The original. The place was always packed, the food was unbelievably great and it was so authentic. Then came another, then another and bam a franchise is born. That's when the costs are cut, the ingredients get cheaper and it becomes available in a mall I still eat there because it's a healthier option than five guys but here's my real complaint... Last week I order my favorite broiled chicken salad and a small hummus for pick up. My assistant goes to grab it and when I go to eat I find no salad dressing and no pita!! Basically, lunch can't be eaten. I call the manager and she apologizes and credits me for next time which was the correct thing to do, but doesn't help my hunger. Skip to yesterday when I decide to use my credit and order the same lunch. My assistant explains what happened, it takes like 5-10 min before they can locate my credit, and she stresses to the MANAGER, please don't forget the pita. HE ASSURES HER THAT IT WILL BE THERE Guess what? NO PITA! I know it's a busy store but please talk to your staff bc that's unacceptable to have that happen twice with take out
