  • The reception staff are incompetent. I was put on hold for 5 minutes when booking an appointment and when my partner arrived for the appointment they said I had booked the wrong day - this was after repeating the the appointment time and date back to me when I made the booking. No apologies just attitude. The senior stylists on the other hand are very competent but I personally stopped supporting this establishment as they are no longer on top of their game and found a better quality of service with way less attitude at Fiorio salon. If you colour your hair at this establishment they do not offer a complimentary dry unlike other salons in the city.
