Training Required:
I was caught in limbo for 72hours while transferring service to Verizon where I was unable to use my phone on anything but WiFi all because the associate I was ORIGINALLY working with wasn't aware of what occurs during carrier transfers, something I would think as routine. It resulted in hours of waiting around their store along with the Verizon store across the street. This was all cleared up when a very informed associate Brady came to the rescue and educated us that the prior associate was wrong and apologized for their misleading. Brady did awesome, you need more Brady's but the other unprofessional associate (badmouthed customers TO US after they left) needs some training and coaching.
