This was a tough sell considering we are from Seattle.
The restaurant itself was beautiful The architecture and design of the eating areas was like a work of art. The staff was very kind and we got our tea and appetizer right away. We waiting a long time for our sushi dishes. When they finally did arrive, it was not worth the wait. The sushi did not seem fresh. The flavors were lacking. For a restaurant of this caliber in Caesar's, we were surprised.
