  • Too bad the employees don't know anything about the catering and event side of the business. The person they say can coordinate the event still has to ask her boss if she can book it. This boss supposedly does not respond to text messages so, the only way to get a hold of him is whenever he decides to make an appearance. Poor management is what makes businesses fail. Customer service is expected in this town and if only the employees were given empowerment and knowledge, this business would receive more stars and great reviews.
