I had a bad experience at the town square location about a week ago so I will not be returning. Daleesa at the GALLERIA location restored my faith in Victoria's Secret customer service. When I was at the town square location, I spent $109 and was excited to receive my free tote for spending over $75. To my surprise, the woman said they were completely out. I asked her and the manager if they could call another location so I could pick it up there, and they said no. They told me it's while supplies last and today is the last day. I was upset, but made my purchase and left. A few days later, I stopped by Galleria location to buy some yoga pants. I saw they had totes left although the promotion was over and I asked Daleesa if I showed my receipt from Town Square if I could get the tote I should have received there. She went above and beyond to call a manager, pull up my account and give me the tote. That is true customer service- finding ways to say YES not NO when you know the customer is in the right. Heather and Sam were also great. I live closer to Town Square location but I will make the drive to Galleria from now on to be treated like a valued customer.
