  • Ok 7 months into my move back to Cleveland it was time to get The Bike, it has been waaayyyyy to ling since I have owned one. I asked a friend for some information, he said a Hybrid was what I was looking for, and sent me to Ohio City Bike Co-op, unfortunately they had nothing my size and they kindly referred me to several places which is how I ended up at Joy Machines, and I am thrilled I did. Like I said it has been years since I owned a bike and the guys there were very patient answering my questions and making recommendations. They had me take a test ride on two bikes to get a feel of each, and were not pushy when I was not ready to pull the trigger that day. I was back two weeks later went on one last ride to confirm my choice and buy. Again all the time answering questions, giving tips, and information. Told them I need all the accessories, they walked me through helmet, locks, and even a pump(had no clue valves on tires today aren't gas station compatible), also got the rack for the car!! Besides saving me from a parking tix, (can't park in front after 4pm weekdays), he waved off the Meter Police, the guy(can't remember name) helped me or actually mostly put the bike rack on my car, attached the bike, tested and sent me happily on my way. Thanks Joy Machine, oh yeah one last thing first tune up is FREE!!!
