  • I have only visited this place for service, not for sales. So far they are the most honest Toyota dealer in the valley. They have not tried to sell me any BS parts but two of the service advisors have inaccurately tried to describe how some part(s) of my car work in order to justify the work they did. Both times I have said "that's not how that works" and both times I was brushed off. Kind of lame to think that this could be happening to people who know nothing about cars. They weren't big issues and it didn't cost me any extra money, they were just trying to justify the work they did even though I had come in explicitly asking for the work - so there was no reason to try and justify it, especially if the explanation is inaccurate. Anyway, all that being said, I still go out of my way to come to this location because they are "the most honest" of the Toyota dealerships in the valley. I will NOT go to Big Two or Riverview Toyota!
