Little more than just disappointed..more like frustrated and waste of time. Spent 5 hours (would of been more if we hadn't went back just to check up on it) for them just to tell us that they needed more time. I don't think it took you 5 hours just to realize that it required you guys more time to work on it. We're from LA so we waited 5 hours for a ridiculous answer instead of letting us know ahead of time that it would of been best if we maybe got it fixed in LA instead since you'll need more time to work on it. What makes me mad is that if we didn't pay attention to the time and check up on them, they will most likely not reached out to us for another 2 hours or more. We could of been back home instead we waited 5 hours in the ridiculous heat, twiddling our thumbs. I'm glad this place isn't where I'm from otherwise I would of said something to them for their horrible service.
