  • DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They will send some transient to pretend like they know what they are doing, charge you a fee, and then want to charge you monthly to basically do nothing. I had a roof rat and showed the guy where I could hear noise. It was only in one corner of the house. This idiot says he knows what he's doing and places a bait trap in a different area. Came back a week later and since the trap has nothing in it, he can keep trying for more money. Are you freaking serious?! How is this company even a legitimate business. They have a somewhat catchy website. DON'T LET IT SUCK YOU IN! Also, good luck with any communication with them after you get scammed. The "manager" simply hung up on me on two different occasions. Not worth any more of my time.
