  • Busy Mall With Long Lines and Rough Clientele I've been coming to Arizona mills mall for about 15 years ago. Over the last few years the mall seems to have slid downhill a bit and now it is jampacked with people everywhere so much to the point where you have to wait sometimes in a line for nearly an hour to pay for your merchandise at a lot of the stores. It's an odd mall because it doesn't seem like most people are actually buying anything they're just walking all over the place. It's definitely filled with the type of people that make you need to lock your vehicle have everything out of sight and make sure your car alarm is on! It feels like the rough neighborhoods of overflowed into this mall. All in all it seems they've done some good things to try to revitalize the mall and make it nicer. The trouble is just the crowds and trying to make your way around the mall. In reality I would give it 3.5 stars that would be the most fair reading I could give it. But it definitely wasn't worth the four.
