  • As my parents and I were continuing the Labor Day weekend Las Vegas trip, we decided to stay and dined there for dinner at Le Village in Paris Casino and Hotel on 9/7/2015. After my parents enrolled the silver rewards card, we have a free buffet coupon offer to dine in some participating casinos, so we were excited to enjoy this incredible offer by trying this place out! As we entered Le Village, the atmosphere is quite confusing, yet in a French village ways. The concept remains the same as the main casino lobby does. We got the table on time at the VIP area as the server followed us to find a great table spot. The service has done a great job for serving the customers accordingly. No problems or issues at all! Now onto the entrees choice for me! My first plate entree is the simple dinner meal which I picked. There are: steamed broccoli and cauliflower, seasoned Brussels sprouts, cooked prime ribs, premium quality macaroni and cheese, baked salmon, and baked talipia. So far, my plate went well! The veggies has done a top notch including the baked talipia and Mac n cheese. The prime ribs however runs a little dry in my opinion, so I placed it a jus sauce and it worked well. The baked salmon cooked excellent, yet sometimes it has some bone in leftovers inside as I chew it slowly. My second plate choice: more dinner meal which includes leg of lamb, baked talipia (again,) seashell shaped pesto pasta, sweet potatoes, and spinach dip over chopped potatoes. This plate went good! The leg of lamb works like a charm which enhances the natural flavor a of the lamb. The rest of the plate worked well for me, so I have no issues at all! Finally, to conclude my buffet plate: is the dessert choice. I picked up at the crepe aisle where you can choose any crepe you want from sweet to savory. I chose the 3 berries crepe drizzled with raspberry sauce, and so far, it tasted delicious! The crepe cooking methods cooked very well along with the ingredients too! Very yummy, sweetly crepe I've ever eaten in years! In the end, Le Village at Paris Casino and Hotel is a great, wonderful buffet right here in Las Vegas Blvd Strip. Perfect for date nights, or friends/family gatherings! A well, worthy visit!
