  • It's Summer time!! "Vegas Season," as they say! I want ALL of my Yelp friends to get over here for a cool dip in the pool! That pool that was to be fixed two months ago. That pool will admittedly take several more months to complete, according to one staff member. A large pond of nuclear green scum isn't attracting the greatest residents, forcing decent ones to move out while crime moves in. Well, even deeper, anyway; than what was here when I was robbed (see my tip.) Rent is pretty low due to this; too bad I'm overpaying by a large degree now, eh? Not exactly 2005-'07 housing bubble & crash, but it sure makes the circumstances that much more difficult to swallow. The office will be moving to an apartment, meanwhile the office will be converted to additional apartments (???) I'm in the process of writing a more concise review - I've yet to even get the the life threatening lack of maintenance, and poor customer service. I'm also trying to get clarification from corporate; in order to be fair to both sides. This WILL BE updated.
