This is just on specifically the service department and their service manager...
First off all let me say this, i gave them a (2) star and not a (1) star because the fact there is (2) really good service guys there, Richard and Matt are solid and do their best to cover the short comings of their "boss" and crappy service work.
I had a new complete top end on my electra-glide done and long story short it took them a MONTH to build!! A top end! Should be about 10-12 hours! Got the bike back and fairing bolt fell out, throttle linkage nut and washers fell off (while riding), the forward jug was leaking between it and the engine case, and now it idles out of control (1200 rpms+)!! Then i brought it back for the manditory oil change to keep the warranty... They Charged Me $65 dollars for it?!?! Charged for an oil change on their work?? Then i brought up all the other issues and was told "the idle is normal"?? Really? And have to make another appointment to address the other problems, NOT HAPPENING! Im in the business and understand mistakes but come on man, step up and own it! Fix it! 100% horrible management and sub-par mechanics. Oh and then... ready for this?? I asked, by the way what is your engine work warranty that i had to bring my bike back and pay $65 for?? The manager said "90 days". REALLY 90 FREAKING DAYS???? For motor work at a factory authorized Harley Davidson dealer??? WOW! Never ever again will Buddy Stubbs see my money! Choose wisely people and do not use Buddy Stubbs! Atleast until new management do not even consider them. Bad work and terrible management! I have so much more to say but would like to remain professional and keep it simple. Again (2) service guys are great, every other concept of the service was terrible! Good luck friends, you will need it if your bike goes in there...
