My initial impression of Harris Grill was depth and character. It was a feeling of visiting a friend's family during a holiday. I could literally feel generations of customer satisfaction and implored character from the ownership.
I have yet to eat a meal there, aside the experience of maybe 12 pieces of bacon during their seemingly imfamous "Bacon Night".
Should you find pairing foods with drinks, try the volatile yet interesting challenge of pairing imports and domestics, maybe even wine or liqour, with a tray of sizzling bacon during Harris Grill's Bacon Nights.
Once again, the feeling of personal relationships and character run deep within this establishment, which seems to be the norm in shadyside. I plan on visiting this establishment more frequently to get to know its staff and regulars.
I'm eagerly awaiting it's spring and summer enviornment so I can give a well rouneded, highly anticipated 5 star review.
