  • I am so grateful for Steve's help today. First of all - he showed up right on time, even a minute early. Then, he really looked at our floors (he cleaned both our carpet and tile) and gave me very solid recommendations based on what he saw. The prices he quoted me on the phone were the same as the ones he quoted after he got to the house. He didn't try to pressure me at all to spend more money. Once he got to work, he was efficient. He was done when he said he would be, and he went above and beyond to make sure that our old and very dirty carpets/tile looked fantastic. He even detailed the tile in the kitchen by hand, because he realized it really needed to be done, but didn't charge me for it. And he's nice - very easygoing, personable, someone I felt completely comfortable having in my house. Of the all the movers, contractors, and housekeepers we've had getting our home ready to put on the market, Steve is literally the ONLY one who did the job right the first time. I'm so pleased, and I will absolutely call him to clean the floors in our new house as well.
