  • Great service. Above and beyond. The wheel center was scratched on my car during a repair of a slow leak. I discussed my complaint with the service manager, Chris, and he was able to reach an agreement with me that I found satisfying. Most places would have probably just said it was already there but I think they have cameras at pepboys plus the service managers care. At least if something does go wrong at this location, you should rest assure they will rectify the situation. Many of the negative complaints are due to the long waits, which I will admit frustrated me too but you need to compare with competition. Pepboys service is probably faster than their competition and they take reservations. The wait at Wal-Mart is at least three times as long for the same service. I once went to Walmart in the morning and they could not even guarantee that they would get to it....I shockingly exclaimed " you don't close for another 6 hours". So be happy pep boys takes appointments. Also my wonderful mechanic would also take much longer than pep boys to do the job.
