  • We are the minority in this country and happen to have dual health care coverage AND financially able to pay when one insurance won't. Today we went to this office and we were sent away and refused care because our secondary is not accepted there?!? Stupid! I even offered to pay out of pocket to no avail. It would have been better not to disclose dual coverage. Poor service that doesn't make any sense!
