  • Update: after being so frustrated with a door that didn't close properly, we took the door off the frame, and found out they had installed it with TINY screws that were barely holding the door in place. Half of the screws were so narrow they went straight through the hole, and the other half were very short. Re-hung the door using proper screws and it now closes correctly. The disaster that was this door install never ends!!! The fact that we paid this company nearly $900 for this job is absolutely ridiculous.
