  • We've been to Grimaldi's a few times in the passes and have been pleased. Love a coal fired pizza! This visit was based on location and needing to get back to a meeting at the Wynn next door. The experience was typical, food was as good as usual. What made it stand out was their extensive wine list. The waiter did a good job of describing g the list and his favorites and recommendation. Sadly, none of us took him up on it - but he did have a terrific selling tactic!
