This place exceeded my expectations for the area. Service was excellent and friendly, sushi was reasonably priced and VERY tasty. I thought the fish was very high quality for the cost of the rolls. We had to order the miso soup, but it was some of the best I've had in a while. Nice chunks of tofu and lots of green onions in a uniquely flavored broth. Yum! I'd like to come back and try their ramen - I saw some at other tables and was lusting for it, but I was too full after my rolls.
I'm not so sure about the concept of the 50 state rolls, since the majority don't match the state they're from in any way. However, if you're going to come up with arbitrary names for the rolls anyhow, this seems like as good an idea as any.
