  • This has been the worst towing experience I have ever had. My dad scheduled my tow because I work in an ER and would not be able to step away from work to take care of it. This company was given all of the information they needed, and still called me ten times while I was at work. When I finally was able to answer, the woman insisted that they were not given the details of the tow. I promptly provided her with the details, and let her know to contact my dad for any further questions. Even after doing this they called me five more times, and sent a text letting me know they "could not locate the vehicle", and the tow would be cancelled. I'm not sure where the lapse in communication was between dispatch and driver, but this was highly unprofessional and exhausting. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and it appears that previous yelp reviews show the same types of experiences. I am now paying for an extra day of my rental car because I will not be able to get my car to the mechanic in time.
