I purchased my 2013 Expedition EL here and all my service has been done here. The experience had been very positive until the last visit. The service department lowered my car on the lift improperly and damaged the driver door, requiring body work. They paid for a rental vehicle and said I would have it back in 2-3 days. It ended up being 6 days without my car. I expected a discount on my service appointment in addition to the rental car as not having my vehicle was a huge inconvenience. I had to ask for a discount, as none was offered. This seemed surprising to me as I have spent thousands on service at this dealer, besides buying the car there, and was offered an oil change and air filter. I didn't have a number in mind for a discount, but it seems like poor customer service not to be proactive on this issue. The service advisor, James, did a great job but the manager was the decision maker. I drive to this dealer when others are closer to my house, but I may be looking for a change.
