| - I have no idea how this company has so many good reviews. If I could give zero stars I would! I planned my best friends bachelorette party. With a group of 15 we opted for a private tour since we had such a large party. Everything was great with the planning process but the execution went wrong on every level.
1. We were given the option of which nightclubs we wanted to go to. We were promised entry to Omnia, Light and Tao - we were notified the day before that the venues were changed and weren't given any other options - basically told "oh we can't do anything about it" They took us to a lame lounge with awful music, the second place was completely dead. The last venue was great but with the amount of money we paid we could have gotten bottle service at a great club and had a good time the entire night.
2. Our host arrived late - we were picked up by the driver who told us that our host was running late. Therefore we go on the bus, had no welcome, and we had to make our own drinks. We asked the driver if we could stay in the bus, dance and drink while we waited for the host and he said that we had to exit because he had another job. Wasn't this our private tour?!?! The host finally met us about 15-20mins after we were dropped off and then made us wait another 15 minutes before we could get wrist bands and enter the lame lounge. I thought this was VIP.
3. Drinks: we requested tequila, jack daniels and instead of beer to have additional champagne. When we arrived there was some bubbly pink stuff that was too sweet to drink - NOT champagne or even prosecco. Secondly, we got vodka and tequila. No Jack!
4. Mixers: the emails and the texts listed: tonic, seltzer/soda water, sprite, coke and cranberry. There was NO seltzer, about 1/2 of us drank drinks without a mixer (which is awful) because we do not drink sweetened beverages. There was only tonic, cranberry and coke.
5. Not so private rather a shared bus - we did not like the first place - it was dead and the music was horrible, we texted our host and he told us that the driver was running a few trips so he wouldn't be back for a while. We didn't get to leave to the next place until 40 minutes later. When we returned to the bus - we noticed that the vodka bottle had been opened and was 2/3 full. No one drank vodka nor opened the bottle. So who drank the vodka? Other guests that were riding in the bus??
We paid nearly $2000 for an awful experience. We all ended up going home early. Will never book with this company and I hope no one else does.
Lastly, for everything that went wrong the company did nothing to make it better. Poorly run organization!
